Rob Dobrik is president of Chevron Canada Limited, responsible for the company’s upstream interests in Canada, including oil sands, unconventional resource assets in Alberta and British Columbia, interests offshore Newfoundland and Labrador, the proposed Kitimat LNG Project, and assets in the Northwest Territories and Yukon.

Rob has deep roots in Canada, having earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Waterloo in 1985 before starting his career at Chevron that same year. Rob initially worked in Fox Creek before progressing to roles in Red Deer and Calgary.

He has had an extensive career that extends from his early days in the Gulf of Mexico, to long tenured assignments in Kazakhstan, Venezuela, and most recently Australia, where he was responsible for delivering on both the Gorgon and Wheatstone LNG projects.
